About Our Members:
The Greater New York Chapter of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging represents members in the following geographical areas: Eastern New York (East of Syracuse and South of Albany), New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania (East of Harrisburg), and Southern Connecticut. Of those members, more than 900 medical imaging professionals and students belong to the technologist section.
What We Do
Advocacy
Our mission with regard to health policy and regulatory affairs is to enhance its credibility, advance its issues, and through leadership become a valued partner among public policy stakeholders.
Networking
We work to help members build relationships and make connections with other health care professionals.
Events
We host the GYNC SNMMI Annual Spring Symposium. Attendees attend sessions where they hear from leaders in our field and can earn VOICE credits towards continuing education.
